Houston has experienced a Very Hot and Humid Summer, quite unlike those of the recent past.
Anyway, the good news is that it is time for a change and that is what we are getting right now - well deserved rain and cooler temperatures. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year are just around the corner. There is excitement in the air.
The Government's $8,000 grant to first time homebuyers is drawing to a close. Buyers you must make up your mind on a property of choice if you plan on closing by the end of November and availing yourself of this free money. Please call me for details.

Houston Real Estate Market Update
Year-to-date, Houston made the greatest improvement in market conditions through September. Much is due to comparing the September market to last years' September with Hurricane Ike. However, the last quarter of 2008 [October, November, December] was plagued by the mortgage meltdown, a financial market crisis and a barrage of bad news. In summary, we have nothing but better real estate days ahead in comparison to where we have been with a full recovery expected by 2011.
